LIVESUPPORT Overview
LIVESUPPORT allows us to help you when you need it. No longer do you need to wait until someone is able to be on-site. As long as your business has a high-speed internet connection, we can "virtually" be on-site at the click of the mouse. Many local IT companies do not invest in the tools to be able to provide this level of support. This is another example of the commitment and level of service we strive to provide our customers. To start a LIVESUPPORT session, simply contact a Network Builders Engineer, and they will provide you with a 6-digit PIN code to start a session. To get started, follow the instructions below.

To receive a 6-digit PIN code, please contact a technician at 209.985.4745 or email support at support@networkbuildersit.com. Entering the 6-digit PIN code in the box below will initiate a live help session with one of our technicians.
You can "chat" with a technician and if necessary you can authorize the technician to take remote control of your computer. NOTE: Our LIVESUPPORT tool does not install any software on your computer and it leaves no trace of it presence after we disconnect.
